You enter Kalahari through a massive glass revolving carousel door and there is plenty of room for people to get where they are going whether it is to check-in, get food, get to the water park or any other number of destinations. Second, certain areas of the waterpark, especially the hot tubs, the wave pool and small kids areas were overcrowded. The water facilities were great and there was a nice assortment of water slides.
