Still heard nothing from Trugym or Harlands about my missing money (despite me being on benefits and REALLY needing that money) and today, as the icing on the cake I have received a 100 'penalty charge' for parking in their car park for 10 minutes while I tried to sort this out..utterly outrageous!! The staff are more interested in their weekend plans than theirmembers. Would definitely give more stars if I could!
